We ship to addresses within the United States only. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking included.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to:

  • United States addresses only (all 50 states)
  • Physical addresses only - We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international locations

Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We cannot modify your shipping address once your order has been placed.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Please note:

  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays
  • During peak seasons (holidays, special promotions), processing may take longer
  • You will receive an email notification when your order ships

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship via USPS and UPS. The carrier will be selected based on your location and the most efficient delivery method.

Standard Shipping: 4-10 business days from order placement.

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Holiday periods and peak seasons
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking at no additional cost.

How to track your order:

  1. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email
  2. The email will include your tracking number and a link to track your package
  3. Click the link or enter the tracking number on the carrier's website (USPS.com or UPS.com)
  4. Track your package in real-time until it's delivered

If you don't receive a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@cratecharms.com.


Order Modifications

IMPORTANT: You cannot change your shipping address after placing an order.

If you need to make changes to your order:

  • Before shipping: Contact us immediately at info@cratecharms.com with your order number. We may be able to cancel the order so you can place a new one with the correct information.
  • After shipping: We cannot modify the shipping address. The package will be delivered to the address you provided at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase to avoid any issues.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping (before delivery):

  • Contact us at info@cratecharms.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date
  • Provide your order number and tracking information
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue
  • If confirmed lost or damaged, we will reship your order at no additional cost

Delivered but Missing

We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:

  • Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
  • Look around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, side door)
  • Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
  • File a claim with the carrier if the package cannot be located

We recommend providing a secure shipping address where someone can receive packages or where they can be left safely.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Refused delivery
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts
  • Package not retrieved from carrier facility

You will be responsible for:

  • Original shipping costs (non-refundable)
  • Return shipping costs charged by the carrier
  • New shipping costs to reship the order to the correct address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the package.


Holiday & Peak Season Shipping

During busy periods such as:

  • Major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.)
  • Black Friday / Cyber Monday
  • Special promotional events

Please expect:

  • Longer processing times (may exceed 1-3 business days)
  • Carrier delays beyond our control
  • Higher package volume impacting delivery speed

We recommend ordering early during holiday periods to ensure timely delivery. We will communicate any extended processing times on our website and via email.


International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses within the United States.

If you are located outside the United States, we unfortunately cannot fulfill your order at this time.
